How to View the Videos

If you have downloaded the videos to your computer and are having problems viewing them, please ensure that you're not trying to view the files within the ZIP file. All of the files require the use of an unzipping program, which may already be installed on your computer. If you try to open the ZIP files, but are unable to do so, visit WinZip to download a free trial version.

To view the videos, open the .htm file within your web browser. The Videos are in Flash format and will require that you have the latest version of the free Flash player installed on your computer.

If you continue to have problems, please review the following:

Please ensure that all of the video files are in the folders where they belong. For example, each folder should contain files that are similar to these:

example.htm
example.swf
ProductionInfo.xml
swfobject.js

Please ensure that your JavaScript is turned on.

Here's how you can check in Internet Explorer:

Open your IE browser
Click on Tools on the IE toolbar
Select Internet Options
Click on the Security tab
Click on Custom Level
Scroll down to Active Scripting
Select Enable and click OK
Click OK to save changes
Confirm Yes and click OK

Please ensure that the files aren't being blocked by an anti-virus
or firewall program. You may need to temporarily disable the
program.
